Our best advice is to turn on to Tippin Ave. off of N 9th Ave. and then take a left on Toni St. and you will pull right up to the front of the studio.

We are located in the John Duncan Plaza directly past the CrossFit Navarre. Approximately 5 minutes from Highway 98 on the RIGHT HAND SIDE. Approximately 20 minutes from the interstate. You will have to make a U-turn on Highway 87, when you pass High School Blvd, we will be about 1/4 mile up the road.

We are located inside the Santa Rosa Mall, across from Old Navy. Be sure to park in front of the mall, because Mall Security will lock the back doors at 7:00pm. Everyone will exit the front doors after 7:00pm.
