Private Pole Dance Celebration

Whether you are planning a bachelorette party, girls’ night out, birthday celebration, divorce party, or simply gathering your favorite people for a fun night together, Vertical Pole Studio offers a unique and unforgettable way to celebrate!

Give your group the VIP treatment and enjoy having our studio all to yourselves. Your private celebration includes personalized instruction and beginner-friendly choreography designed to help everyone feel comfortable, confident, and ready to have fun.

No dance or pole experience is needed. We encourage laughter, pictures, and plenty of unforgettable memories!

$399 for up to 10 guests

Your private one-hour celebration includes:

• Exclusive use of the studio for you and your guests
• Beginner-friendly warm-up
• Personalized pole dance instruction
• Fun group choreography
• Cool-down
• Group celebration photo

Additional guests: $50 per person over 10 guests.

A gratuity of 15–20% is customary for a job well done.

Please review the following information before reserving your celebration.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Dates and times cannot be held without a paid deposit.

Your second and final non-refundable payment is due 15 days after your initial payment.

Once you register and submit payment, you are not eligible for a refund. When you reserve a party, Vertical Pole Studio commits a specific date, time, studio, and Pole Party Instructor exclusively to your group, making that reservation unavailable to others.

There are no refunds, transfers, or exchanges except as specifically stated in the weather and studio-closure policy below.

Parties reserved within seven days of the requested celebration date:

• Must be paid in full at the time of booking
• Will include a $50 late-booking fee

Vertical Pole Studio is closed on national and government holidays. Please review the calendar carefully when selecting your preferred date.

Please confirm your total number of guests when booking. Additional attendees may be included before your invoice is paid, but the final guest count cannot be reduced or adjusted after payment.

Refunds will not be provided for guests who cancel or do not attend.

Every person entering the studio must be included as a paid guest, whether they plan to participate or watch. No exceptions—but spectators often end up joining the fun anyway!

Rescheduling requests require a minimum of 21 days’ notice before your reserved date.

All requests must be submitted and confirmed by email. Requests made by text message or voicemail will not be considered confirmed.

One reschedule is permitted at no additional charge. Any additional rescheduling requests will include a $50 rebooking fee.

We understand that severe weather and unforeseen events can happen. If you need to postpone your party due to inclement weather or an act of God, please contact us to discuss your options.

If the studio must close, the organizer will be notified by phone and email. Your existing balance may be used to:

• Reschedule your celebration
• Transfer the reservation
• Convert the balance to a Vertical Pole Studio gift card

No refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Private parties begin promptly at the reserved start time and end on time. Please ask everyone in your group to arrive at least five minutes early, dressed and ready to participate.

Arriving late will shorten your party and will not extend the scheduled ending time.

Private celebrations may be scheduled back-to-back. Groups remaining in the studio after their reserved time will be charged $150 per additional hour.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, this is a sober celebration. Anyone who arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate and will not receive a refund.

Come dressed and ready to have fun! We recommend wearing comfortable layers that allow you to move freely.

Great options include:

• Shorts worn alone or underneath yoga pants
• A T-shirt or tank top
• Leggings or comfortable workout clothing
• Socks for dancing and floor movement

You are welcome to wear whatever helps you feel comfortable, confident, and celebration-ready!
