KIDS PARTIES Starting at $320

Dear Parents,

Please help us to reduce congestion and crowding the studio by following the suggestions and rules listed below:

• No strollers or baby carriages are permitted in the studio at any time.
• Do not wait for your child while they are in class. Sign them in & drop them off. 
• Bring your child “dressed in their aerial clothes” to class. Do not use the bathrooms as a “changing area” after class. Please take your child home in their dance clothes and change them at home.
• There is no eating or drinking (other than water) in the studio during class time.

PARENTS PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES:

• CLASS SIGN UPS ARE REQUIRED - Parents must pre-register their child/children 2 hours prior to class time. We do not allow last minute walk-ins, we have to set up all our rigging in advance of class times. 
• PLEASE REVIEW ALL STUDIO POLICIES - This is a must read for all parents.
• PARENTS' OBSERVATION – Parents’ are invited to observe their child/children's progress the last week of each month.  Observing the class at other times is not allowed.
• PICKING UP CHILDREN – Parents, please pick up your children promptly after class. Classes are back to back and late pick ups interfere with instructors preparing for their upcoming classes.
• YOUTH SAFETY – For safety reasons, our Aerial Circus Kids are not permitted to wait outside of the studio buildings for parents. They are also not allowed to visit stores in the vicinity. 
•  ATTENDANCE – We are a very progressive studio school, attendance is very important. Students need to be in class each week, to progress and be a part of our student showcases.
•  INCLEMENT WEATHER- In the event of inclement weather, please call the studio or check the website/social media outlets to see whether or not classes are on. Many times, we are in the studio, even when the classes are canceled. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE YOU COME! There are no refunds for classes canceled due to inclement weather. Classes may be made up if desired. 
•  CONDUCT – Students and Parents are expected to behave respectfully at all times to teachers, staff members and other students. Gross misconduct will not be tolerated. 
•  Students should bring water with them to class. 
•  Vertical Pole Studio is not responsible for money or any personal belongings that are lost or stolen. Do not bring valuables to class!
•  Check the website/social media pages frequently for school closings, reminders and announcements. 

PROPER ATTIRE for YOUTH CIRQUE:  Teachers need to see the line of the body. No baggy clothes please! 

• No jewelry and/or dangling earrings can be worn. Including watches
• Leotards and tights. Please, no rips or runs in tights. Students must wear fitted leggings and a fitted shirt that covers the armpits for Aerial Arts classes.
• NO sweatshirts and cover-ups can be worn during class.
• Hair must be pulled up or back away from the face. PLEASE – LONG HAIR MUST BE IN A PONY TAIL OR SUITABLY WORN SO AS NOT TO GET IN THE STUDENT’S WAY.
